Where do you ship?
We ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Is shipping really free?
Yes. Every order ships with free standard shipping — there is no minimum order.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 0–2 business days, Monday to Friday, with a 5pm EST cut-off. Transit takes 3–5 business days, so total delivery is 3–7 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check your order on our Order Tracking page using your order ID and the billing email address used at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, for items that are unused and in their original packaging. Returns are handled by mail only, and eligible returns receive a prepaid label. There is no restocking fee.
What if I ordered the wrong item or changed my mind?
You can still return the item within 30 days of delivery under the conditions above. Return shipping may be deducted from your refund when a return is due to customer error or a change of mind.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
Report it within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged package and items, plus your order number. Without photo evidence, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or replacement.
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of our receiving and inspecting a return.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — but you can return it under our Refund & Return Policy once it arrives.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club and Apple Pay. All payments are made in full at the time of purchase; we do not offer instalment plans.
What materials are your pieces made from?
Our collection includes solid wood, bamboo, metal, stone and glass pieces from makers such as Greenington, Harbour, Artisan, Moe’s, ZUO, Mercana, Ashcroft and HMR. Every listing names its materials and dimensions.
